Every guide here is one area of the City's own neighborhood map, which the City describes as estimated and which marks none of these areas verified, so its line is the City's sketch rather than a surveyed or adopted boundary. UNCG's main campus, 4,308 of its 4,416 residents in 2020, and Guilford College's, 1,203, are in this area and in no guide. Sunset Hills, 1,564 residents, and Lindley Park, 3,491, lie beside UNCG and were almost wholly inside the city by 1923, with 1,319 of Sunset Hills' residents in its 2013 National Register district and the Greensboro Arboretum inside Lindley Park. Starmount Forest, 2,865 residents on 813 acres, and Hamilton Lakes, 2,083 on 574, came into the city with the 1957 annexation, as did most of Guilford Hills, 1,841, off Battleground Avenue. None of the five guides has a resident in a special flood hazard area by block. 5 guides are listed below.
