Every guide here is one area of the City's own neighborhood map, which the City describes as estimated and which marks none of these areas verified, so its line is the City's sketch rather than a surveyed or adopted boundary. NC A&T's campus, 3,792 residents in 2020, and Bennett College's, 339, are here and in no guide. Ole Asheboro, south of Gate City Boulevard, is 1,529 residents on 230 acres, all of them inside the City's active Ole Asheboro redevelopment area, a funding designation with a plan rather than a tax district, and 455 in the 1991 South Greensboro National Register district. Benbow Park is 1,760 residents on 200 acres along South Benbow Road, 620 of them in the National Register district listed in 2024, 0.7 kilometers from Bennett and 1.4 from A&T. Woodmere Park, in the northeast, is 1,460 residents on 239 acres, most of it annexed in 1957. With three guides for 85,508 residents, this area is where the list grows first. 3 guides are listed below.
