Every guide here is one area of the City's own neighborhood map, which the City describes as estimated and which marks none of these areas verified, so its line is the City's sketch rather than a surveyed or adopted boundary. Old Irving Park, the layer's name for the area south of Cone Boulevard that residents call Irving Park, is 2,342 residents on 725 acres along Sunset Drive and Country Club Drive, 509 of them in the 1995 Irving Park National Register district, and most of it inside the city by 1923. New Irving Park, north of Cone Boulevard, is 2,336 on 621 acres, and came in with the 1957 annexation. Kirkwood is 1,057 residents on 225 acres east of Lawndale Drive. Lake Jeanette is one subdivision area of 257 acres and 1,416 residents near the lake's west shore, annexed between 1985 and 1990, and not the lake itself. 4 guides are listed below.
